You Want

"This force [which keeps us always wanting] is known in several Buddhist traditions, such an extraordinary mind. The mind is always going to want one different experience that yet. "- Brent Kessel is not about the money
There is nothing wrong with wanting – wanting more time, more money, a wonderful relationship, a family, a successful career, a new car, a bigger house, and so on. There is actually a desire which is causing us problems. Problems occur when you connect to our happiness, courage and inner peace to get what we want.
Brent Kessel, in the excellent book mentioned above, made a very fine that the reason people think get what they want brings happiness because they feel happy when they get what they want – for a time. But it is not what you want makes you happy – it is the cessation of the feeling of wanting! So, – Bigger, better, still believe that to get what we want to bring you happiness and self-esteem. When you get what you want and the experience the cessation of desire for a week or two after you get your way is more likely to be present at the time, enjoying the moment and be thankful for the moment. This really creates the feeling of happiness, value and satisfaction.
Once we give to our happiness meaning and value to get what we want, then we must try to take control to get what we want – the people and the outcome of things. It is then we can behave in a manner that ensures that makes us feel anxious: ruminating the past or the future, anxious, irritable or angry when things do not go our way, to intimidate others to do what we do, then using the substance and process addictions to numb the effort we make to control our behavior. Willing mind has convinced us that we not only find you what we want to be happy and feel worthy, but we must do everything we can do to have control over people and results.
Willing Spirit is another term for me or what we call in the collage inside, injured himself. This aspect of us is dedicated to focus on past and future – Not be present at the time. Spirit willing or wounded self believes that by going regularly to the past and judge ourselves for our mistakes, we can have control over not making the same mistakes in future. The wounded self believes that by ruminating on the future we will discover the right thing to do to get what we want. However, if you pay what you feel when you're thinking, concerned, or try yourself – all forms of trying to control the outcome of things – you discover that this problem always causes symptoms of anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression is your internal guidance system that lets you know that your thoughts are very off-track, fully out of alignment with what is really the greater good.
The very act of creating our happiness, courage and inner peace for that we create our misery! No wonder so many people take medications against anxiety and depression. Our company has a brainwashing and we believe that our happiness is bound to get what we want and the infinite forms that attempt to control the outcome of things is to create great suffering.
Fasten your happiness and courage to get what you want, your experience happiness and value will be short term and to continue Mind is endless desire to focus more.

What is your advice to give people what they want from you?
Although you will not be just to have a better chance to give what you expect from them? Yes, I understand your point, I would not say exactly touching, but naive, evil, useless all come to mind. If you can not ask the person to do so and have happily obliged, probably will not care enough about them they ever do anyway. I knew already the answer to this question. I do not know why I asked.
Depend on the quantity you need this thing. If you really need and what it means a lot to him, give him. But the U also expect their own needs, so you must also keep it better for you differently when you have a hard time if needed. It would be better not expect people to do something, even after something well done them because they let you down when they do what is expected
