Of course they do, they talk among themselves and discuss with you .. Just learning to be a good listener. It's like the type of training a dog trainer Not training a dog to train you.
For example, my old cat, who is eight and a half, Ragdoll is a moaner. One I often wonder if will complain to the dinner. But apparently, his moans got what she wants and she will not change.
