Sometime in 2009, Toyota Motor Corporation to launch an exciting new model for the European market. Called the Toyota iQ, the new model matches the efficiency exceptional space and is perfectly adapted to the lifestyle needs and environmental concerns of Europe's modern metropolitans, "according to the manufacturer Japanese car.
The iQ from Toyota recently unveiled earlier this month at the 2007 International Motor Show (Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung, IAA) in Frankfurt as a concept model. The iQ ultra-compact body features with efficient space for three adults and an extra seat for a child. Toyota called to this as the 3 +1 seating system flexible. The cabin also comes with easy to read instruments and gauges for a feeling nice driving. Other Features Toyota iQ interior adornments include soft-touch doors, paint finish pearly white, fake snakeskin steering wheel trim, purple accents on seats, purple accents on the door trims, purple accents on the dashboard, ultra-compact heating unit, single central dial display, panoramic glass sunroof, three-dimensional, a speed, rpm and fuel level readout mounted on the steering column. In addition, audio and controls navigation of the Toyota iQ are integrated into the steering wheel providing the driver with easy access controls.
Japanese newspaper Nikkei said Toyota targets an annual production of 100,000 units of the Toyota iQ in Europe. Unfortunately, The report does not include the base manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of this model.
