Microdermabrasion is an effective solution to your skin when you are dissatisfied with their appearance. You may notice fine lines and wrinkles make a mosaic of face. The beautician, plastic surgeon or dermatologist use a tool like a storm of fine sand or polish to scrape away the skin and then the dead skin cells are vacuumed.
From the beautician or doctor use a hand tool or an applicator with jets of zinc oxide or aluminum oxide crystals, diamonds, fine organic particles, or surface rough. It is more common now to use a rough surface instead of abrasive crystals.
Microdermabrasion (also known as Microderm) can be done in spas day, Medispa, and doctor's offices. Each treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes. Because of this, microdermabrasion has become known as the "lunchtime face."

The You Should Know About Microdermabrasion

How effective is it?
Microdermabrasion is extremely effective in improving the appearance of their skin. Two of the biggest benefits are faster recovery time and almost immediate results. You will notice the effects on the skin immediately, but the results optimum may not appear until all treatments are made more if required.
You will realize after the first treatment the skin is red or pink. This will fade after a day or two. Your skin might feel that it received a sunburn or windburn but that should disappear very quickly too.
You must follow all instructions on skin care after the procedure to obtain the best results. You'll have to keep the skin clean and moisturized to avoid flaking. Avoid the sun, and if not, use a sunscreen of at least SPF 30. Avoid wearing makeup right after treatment to allow the skin to heal.
