Delicious Deviled Crab Casserole Recipe

If you love seafood, especially crab, I think I understand this recipe for the casserole. We love making this recipe a few times each year for family dinners, or as a special gift.

You want to make sure you use the flesh Real crab and the package is not imitation meat. Using imitation meat will taste different and not held together, and the real things. Also, do not freeze the leftovers that it does not freeze well. If you do not have a bath, you can make the recipe in a large nonstick skillet.

Deviled crab casserole recipe

1 pound crab meat (not imitation)
Butter 4 tablespoons margarine or
2 tablespoons tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon mustard yellow
1 / 2 teaspoon of horseradish
1 teaspoon table salt
1 / 2 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup milk
2 eggs hard, chopped
1 / 2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Do Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a double boiler, gradually add the flour, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish sauce, pepper, salt, red pepper and milk. Continue heating the mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Add crab meat and chopped eggs and mix chopped 1 minute more.

Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a lightly buttered pan. Sprinkle the surface with the crumbs that have been combined with 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and slightly golden on top. This recipe will make 4-6 servings.
