Cabinet revokes permit products strikers shared with Vanco International
The Council of Ministers of Ukraine rescinded its resolution No. 828 of October 3, approving the agreement with Vanco International on product distribution in the platform of Kerch on the Black Sea Resolution No. 740 of May 21
By the same resolution, the government, for non-compliance during the preparation and signing of the agreement, agreed to terminate the participation of Ukraine in the agreement.
In April 2006, Vanco International, a subsidiary of Vanco Energy (USA), won the tender invited by the Council of Ministers of Ukraine exploitation of oil on the shelf of the Black Sea and deposits gas.
The product sharing agreement was signed October 19, 2007.
The Environmental Protection Ministry decided on 25 April to cancel the license of Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. to develop the platform.
In response, Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd has initiated arbitration proceedings against the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, saying he refused to negotiate.
Turning May 19, First Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchynov announced that Cabinet has decided to withdraw the product sharing agreement with Vanco International that he was entitled to areas of oil development and gas in the block grant on the shelf of the Black Sea Vanco Prykerchenska.
The Cabinet decided on May 21 at the end of the product distribution agreement with Vanco International Ltd., which has the right to develop oil and gas Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (Virgin Islands), whose founders have not been disclosed.
May 26, the Department of Environmental Protection of Ukraine stated its readiness to begin negotiations with Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (Virgin Islands) on the development of the plateau of the Black Sea.
"We are open to negotiation civilized, including our working group, press office, without specifying whether the group had begun negotiations with the company.
The Ministry Protection of the Environment of Ukraine annulled Vanco Prykerchenska license for the development of deposits of Kerch.
Later, Minister the Environmental Protection Heorhiy Filipchuk said that Ukraine has not withdrawn the agreement with Vanco International, but suspended.

Because countries seem to focus all resources Cup the world every four years. So the poor performance of teams traveling north or south during the international window (all black) as a shock because of the season and the conflict between club and country in the northern hemisphere
~ You must certainly better planning by the IRB, in conjunction with all stakeholders related and perhaps in November at the World Cup meet post to solve problems like these will be taken into account. At the end of the day is a club versus country / national problem and I think ultimately, the player must be released by the club to represent his country. The problem Club is now playing in the Northern Hemisphere is more like football and use of facilities for the country does not compare to the call the almighty dollar! ~
