Kill the false prophet, or dreamer of the Bible: YES
The Lord commands to kill the false prophet, or dreamer
If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams says: Let us go after other gods, that prophet or dreamer of dreams shall be put to death.
Deuteronomy 13:1-5 King James Version (KJV)
1] If not arise between a prophet or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder,
2] and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke to you, saying: Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and we shall serve them;
3] Do not you hear the words of that prophet or dreamer of dreams: for the Lord your God tempts you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all thy soul.
4] Walk after the Lord your God and fear him, and keep His commandments and obey his voice, and ye shall serve Him and cleave unto him.
5] and that prophet or dreamer of dreams shall be put to death because he has spoken to turn away from the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of bondage, the way you push the Lord your God has commanded you to walk in. So you have to put the evil from your midst.

Kill the false prophet, or dreamer in the Quran: NO
The Koran says that the maker of the false prophet, or dreamer is evil and a severe punishment is waiting!
[Surah 6:93]
Who can be more unjust than he who invents a lie against you? Allah, or saith, "I have received inspiration," when it has received none or (again) which says: "I can reveal the like of what he has? Allah revealed"? If thou couldst see how the wicked (are doing) in the flood of confusion in death! – The angels extend their hands, (saying), "Performance of your souls: this day you shall receive your reward, – a penalty of shame, you have to tell lies against? Allah, and scornfully rejecting His signs! "
Who is guilty?
Who is more tyrannical?
Who is more unjust than he who invents a lie against Allah;
O Allah says has revealed nothing,
And who is to say, no, is more unjust than he who invents a lie against God, claiming prophet hood when he has not been called to it
Or one who says: I am inspired by Scripture, when is not based on anything with any scripture,
Or he says: I will reveal the like of what Allah has revealed, I will say the like of what Muhammad is saying.
If only I could see, O Muhammad (s), when mentioned, evildoers are in agony, agony, death and the angels stretch their hands, v them, beating and torturing them, saying they were stern censorship: "Give up your souls!, to us so we can take them. Today you will be rewarded with punishment of humiliation, and he used to say about God other than the truth, claiming false prophet hood and inspiration, and is used to despise their signs, " disdaining to believe in them.
And on the Day of Reckoning, you are awarded doom of degradation, a severe punishment, that you talked about Allah other than the Truth, and despised, you thought too big to believe in Muhammad and the Koran.
