It's been a couple of months we began the trip exciting for their first, second or even tenth of a cross stitch project. It has been a therapeutic journey wonderful from beginning to end, to see the beginning of a simple point X of the glorious masterpiece of art.
So the question strikes you. Now what do I do with it? Most embroiderers Cross just send your artwork to the distributor frame and with a little mental prayer not screw it up, the cross stitch to be framed and ready to hang. I have to admit I've been hanging all my work done. It even has a wall devoted only to my cross stitch.
But there are other things you might want to consider doing. Here are 7 of my fun and unique ideas about what to do after completing your project. Notes that all ideas are dependent on the size of your patterns.
1. Make a quilt.
Make a small little patterns and sew together on a large piece of cloth, making a beautiful mosaic title = "Cross Stitch Patterns"> cross stitch patterns.
2. Make a tablecloth.
Floral designs stitch or cross the border are great for table runners. Forget about buying a commercial cloth. Show your guests, making one of your own!
3. Coasters
Another favorite for guests are coasters. Cross stitch patterns, at least 6 of the same theme and add string around them to transform them into little girly mountains or simply use non-Fray Aida mountains and have done after they were made to the seam.
4. Cases cushions
Although there are plenty of ready made title = "cushion covers Stitchables"> power-point lead covers, you do not have to use that to make great cross stitch cushions. If you have flat cushion covers in hand, you can simply sew your cross-stitch designs on them.
5. Wallpaper border
This is interesting. You can cross-stitch floral designs and character Aida long strips and then stick around a smooth wall to liven up the room of your baby. It is an alternative to paperhanging and certainly would be something that your baby would love to touch when starting to experiment with textures.
6. Pencil box or bag
This is not a difficult project to do. All you need is the stitch in a larger piece of Aida and only half of the on both sides. Then simply sew the corners and add a zipper at the top. And you have a good hand like a purse or pencil case!
7. Band head
If you have a small cross stitch pattern rectangle fact, consider a headband. Just connect a small piece of rubber band to connect the end of cross stitch. And then it ideal to celebrate your hair!
