V Management Coaching
It is difficult to decide on a single definition of password management and is not helped by the modern trend in organizations to label almost everything and everyone that manage somehow. Maybe everyone in an organization is a trustee to the extent that management is about deploying resources to do the job, however, most agree that a manager in an organization has some degree responsibility of people and somehow in the way people do their work.
In this spirit, it is clear that managers are coaches and always have been, it's just that all managers do this and although he'd rather not. However, if you are an administrator with the responsibility of the people you need to understand that a good education is all about and should be commended for investing time in finding it!
The most common style of management – even today – is an approach to command and control type. Management structures of most models century military history and despite the arrival of "structures flat" management "Matrix" and the like, which is the approach The most common fuels and command and control appetite. Command and control – or to tell people what to do and how to do – work well in situations of danger or emergency situations when there is no time for anything else. With the pace of change nowadays it is practically impossible and is not the wisest use of our time management anyway.
Even if you are able to overcome these obstacles, focusing on the type of instructions to the results of the development of people at best in a mini way that suits your individual talents and skills?
With the advent of coaching in the business world in the 1990s, things have improved many, and many managers recognize the need for training. However, there are still more revealing and charge what we need and found it was appropriate to record the shortcomings of this approach here.
