Is it legal to download a gun where I live?
I live in the area in Tazewell County, TN, which is in Claiborne County. I wandered if I could shoot a firearm in my garden. I do not live within the city, I have a neighbor, but is about 75 meters yards/225. I am also about 177 feet from my path, a path of very low traffic (ie, myself and neighbor). The direction I had planned to pull within a field and the only thing in sight is the main road, which is about a mile away. I was not sure if this is also a residential area which prevents fire. Even with these factors, I intend to put up a big pile of dirt and sandbags in front to act as a backup.
