Controversy. Provocative literature. Movies scandalous. Are all designed to push the boundaries of good taste or to make us think. Or in a more complete base only stimulate the hormones that give us a rich natural heritage?
Scandalous books and films
Think of films and most controversial books of all time. Hollywood has often danced on the edge of the censorship of goodwill, courting big box office, inspiring pushig limits disgust, shock, anger. Most of today's reader in the "reality" television is built around the same concept.
A brief history of the controversial "film" has a high affinity for the Christ-bashing (read as attacks against religion organized), sex and violence, sensationalism sensationalism, of course. In other words, anything that glorifies our taboos. And remember, my list is a partial list, and all were successful, many are based on books banned or outrageous (and widely classic) books:
Religious Addiction
 • 1976 – the message: The history of Islam, an epic drama by the producer of the Halloween horror films, provoked riots and death threats.
 • 1979-Monty Python's Life of Brian: a tasteless romp satire in the history of Christ, and considered one of the most funny movies ever made by many experts.
 • 1988 – Last Temptation of Christ, shocked, horrified, delighted for the same reasons the book 1955 that it inspired, by Nikos Kazantzakis became a bestseller and the banning of books (a recurring theme in a DaVinci Code-related graphic sexual relations between Mary Magdalene and Jesus.)
 • 1994 Gibson crucify Judaism and glorifies violence in The Passion of Christ.
Sex Addiction
 • 1962-gum popping, minor clashes in a masterpiece of world top Kubrick's Lolita (and the book was banned for too!)
 • 1972-The last masterpiece of Bertolucci, The Tango in Paris, he was porn or art?

 • 1985 – Year of the Dragon, based on the novel by Robert Delaney, depicted racial stereotypes infinite
 • 2006 – United 93 has caused a "never see" furor has proved to be false. Everyone rushed to see the "Rated R violence and gritty realism of this story of horror and heroism. People complained that "not sleeping" after sight, a natural consequence of hormonal stimulation.
Hormonal stimulation or art?
Art in all its forms is designed, in fact, stimulate hormones, which gives us a rich natural heritage, and for most of that we avoid illegal drugs and addictive substances, a dependence that can be fed without guilt.
Books and great films have always been on the drug. The titles of the most memorable was considered scandalous in its time, "Mark Twain was once a" controversial as the most remarkable writers, and often these "traffickers within the limits of" breaking the taboo of creating a new paradigm. Who would have thought there twenty years, we would be delighted to see the horror and explicit sex we are happy today? Remove the censors, anything could happen sooner. Furthermore, censors to add the "forbidden fruit" appeal.
Censors & Books
Censors always been with us even in books. Publishers have often refused to publish it perceived as too controversial. But I think to ban books and films of the past. When the ban is lifted on time, feeling guilty or not, millions of people will run to buy the book or movie. Why? To find out what was so bad it has led to protests and bans.
Censors and TV
Star Trek was famous for its things, "first kiss racial censorship permitted by Kirk and Uhuru were" controlled by foreigners. "Imagine, this time not so long ago, many of us remember the broadcast of this episode and then when the critics might say "no, no, a white man can not kiss a black woman." Man Smart, that Gene Roddenberry. It has sensors in each episode with justifications for his rare insight into the ideas of thought.
Reality TV heir?
Now, have a wild west television, where violence is realistic and graphic sex is virtually any time of day, and sponsored by advertisers who are afraid of "The anger of customers" only a decade. reality TV, especially cable network shows that push the boundaries, it really tests the limits of the hearing when it is "good taste" and morality.
