What makes a real and strong brand?
What we know about the big brands is that they are resistant and resilient problems if they have genuine value. Real value is on a path delivers on its promise, law, over time. It is also to offer what nobody else can a target audience feels you understand their needs and exceed them.

A thousand small gestures. Do not have meaning that if a thousand small gestures, one of them is inconsistent, my brand can still survive? However, if 200 or even 20, were in character, then my value would be compromised.
Every interaction with your brand creates – or destroy – the value for your company brand. Whether you or your employees, your product or service, stationery and signs, shop or office, your brand is affected. That's why it's so important to consider all these points of contact for your company to see what kind of experience for you submit.
Any person (and only) working on behalf of your brand has to deliver the value that promise – every time.
Experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations greatly increase the value of your brand and build resilience. Consistently positive experiences can ensure customer loyalty and the spark word of mouth, an incredibly efficient and cost effective form of marketing.
The branding to make the list:
1. The work to understand its true value from the point of view of your target audience.
2. Examine the "contact points" of their brand. Are they always to offer the experience of your customers expect?
3. Start a new, small gesture of the week. How can we deliver more than its real value to your target audience with your brand?
