Wilton Armetale is a new material based on aluminum alloy developed by Wilton Brass Company in 1963. The material looks like tin and silver, and is capable of being cast into different forms with intricate designs in relief.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration have also adopted the material for food service.
All this makes the material eminently suitable for making consumer cooking and serving suitable for different environments, such as American, artistic, traditional, classic and natural.
We watched some American-inspired products under the range of Wilton Armetale.
Collections Inspired America
Wilton had offered an American collector with center ceramic plates with American Eagle and other topics. These plates are no longer made.
The range of Latin inspiration comes exclusively from U.S. sources. These include American Folk Art, formerly iron pieces made by the family of Wilton, in the last century and other very traditional pieces such as Give Us This Day Bread Tray.
